Wither Skull Projectiles makes an arrow sound when it hits a block or mob.
How to reproduce:
Summon a wither
Summon another mob (any)
Observe the wither skull projectile sounds
Observed Results: When the skull hits something it plays an arrow sound
Expected Results: When the skull hits something it should not play an arrow sound
