When entering a new dimension via a portal, the coordinates from the dimension I have just entered from will be the same as the dimension I have just entered, which is an issue as I have randomly been spawned in the nether in the same coordinates as the over world but 1000 blocks away from any nether portals. This has happened for the overworld too, and the end. In the end, I entered the end portal in the overworld (with coordinates of something like (650 64 1400)) and spawned in the end with the same cords straight into the void, subsequently loosing all my gear. I hope this helps to get the issue fixed.
