[MCPE-121793] The Glow item frame has a broken texture

Glow item frame uses the texture of a non existing blocks on the middle texture

No i didnt use any texture packs or behavior packs because i was testing the beta until i saw this bug.

This issue has already been reported. Duplicate MCPE-117498.
