Items that are 16x16 Pixels in images of the Textures are Normal, but images that are for Example 32x32 or 48x48 pixels in Texture image of Items, Items are Bigger than original and are very Disturbing to look at.
Items look abnormally Huge, I can confirm its 1st Person, 3rd Person, UI, and Doll, that you can see it.
Not certain if Mods are to blame, but I'm sure it's Vanilla Minecraftia.
