The water goes through glass pane

The picture shows that the water is in the same block with the glass. Since the glass is waterlogged, it works as intended. Just remove the water source from the glass.

Unfortunately it is not possible to only waterlogg a Part of a glass pane or iron bar etc. That is why it goes through it.
