Game is constantly loading/crashing when evening inventory, chest, crafting tables, furnaces, ECT

For the past few months my friends and I have been dealing with constant loading when opening chest, inventory, or pretty much interacting with anything the loading bar will show up for 1 to 10 mins when the bar pops up we are able to move but not interact with anything while in this situation and on some occasions the loading doesn't stop so we have to exit out the software to close it and when we do that the application takes some time to close before it says the game wasn't responsive or the game crashed and these loadings literally make the game unplayable
