When travelling through the nether portal, e.g. from -100, y, 100 in the overworld; occasionally the nether portal brings you to -100, y, 100 in the Nether instead of the portal at 13, y, 13.
Sometimes it creates an additional portal and sometimes just spawns you at that location.
