Loading Screen Stuck

so my friend is playing Minecraft on the Nintendo Switch and has been stuck with a bug since some weeks that won't let him play the game. When he starts the game, it stays 10 mins in a black screen until it changes into the red Mojang loading screen. While it loads there, the loading bar never increases and stays at the same place. Once he enters the Nintendo Switch main menu and goes right back, the bar increases a bit but then goes back to its current state, where it keeps loading until it crashes at some point saying: "The software was closed because an error occurred." We both really hope you are able to fix his problem so that he can play Minecraft again, and also it is on Nintendo Switch On Bedrock Version, and we also appreciate your hard work 🙂
