This isn't a feature request. It is, however a duplicate of MCPE-120365

@unknown, you were right, it is indeed a duplicate of MCPE-120365. I thought the reporter was speaking about wind sound using creative mode flying. Apearently this is about the missing wind sound when using an elytra, which is not a feature request.
