Beta program is not available in iOS 

Bedrock also does not have "snapshots". If you are referring to the 1.16.220.52 beta, that is only available on Windows 10, Xbox and Android devices.

This is why I hate Minecraft Bedrock on iOS.

Edit: Not that I hate the entire game, but I like Java more, but my parents don't let me buy it on the PC.
