Minecart with TNT has a smaller blast explosion and radius than normal ones. This is inconsistent with how TNT should behave.
Step to Reproduce
1. Place a TNT and light it up
2. Wait until it explodes
3. Repeat the steps but with Minecart with TNT
4. Compare the blast explosion and damage.
---> ❌ Minecart with TNT has a smaller blast radius, compared with normal TNT.
