Since the latest update I can't load my worlds without getting a software error message once its on the world... ive tried checking for corrupted data, redownloaded the game and it worked for 2 hours then nothing error message again.

Is this still an issue in the latest version? If so, can you add it to the affected versions? If the issue is still reproducible, can you export and attach one of the affected worlds here?
Yes it is still affected still same message I have since got the game on my ps4 and that works fine my realm that doesn't work on my switch works fine on my ps4. How would I get a world on here for you from my switch??
It is possible if you have a win10 version of the game and realms. When you log to the win10 version, you can access the world via realms and then easily export and zip the worlds. More info here.
If this option is not possible, then you can do a backup to any memory card via Switch settings. Then from here, you can connect the card to your pc and you will find the worlds in folders that you copied from Switch.
Cleaning up old tickets: This ticket had been set to 'Awaiting Response', but has not received a response from the reporter (~3 months+) so is being closed as Incomplete. If you feel this is still a valid issue then please comment, or create a new ticket following the Issue Guidelines which includes steps to reproduce the problem.
