My son has been trying to log into Minecraft for a week now and is faced with:
Failed to login error code "crossbow" (Photo Attached)
I can see that quite a few people are also having this problem, is this a system bug that will be rectified soon, or should I start looking at requesting a refund due to the inability to play the game as advertised?
He is decimated, as he has spent so much time making world with his friend and myself (his father) and he can no longer join the server or I can not join him in his creative world.
I'm hoping for a quick fix and a response soon.
