Logging in with my Microsoft account from the Nintendo Switch, gave me an error to use the aka.ms/remoteconnect but when using the code on another device with my Microsoft account, it does not log me in. Even via Microsoft store version of Minecraft on my Razer laptop won't let me log in with my Microsoft account.

I have the same issue. hope this will be fixed. Same error code with mine error code crossbow and error code -2
also want to note, we've had the issue forever where the login doesn't seem to 'stick' - we have to re-login all the time. this is not an exaggeration.
I think I found a fix! We made a new password for my account and it let me sign in. So I think to fix it you need to change your Microsoft account password.
It seems as if my original comment was removed. Basically, I talked about what potential solutions Minecraft support had, and the outcome of them all. Hopefully my comment doesn't get removed again. Here's what I wrote the first time:
Make sure game is up to date- Already was
Make sure my Minecraft account is linked to my Microsoft account- Already was
Check my internet connection- Internet has never been an issue
Sign out of Minecraft and all connected accounts, then sign back in- no change
Repeat the above step, but restart the game before signing back in- no change
If the above doesn't work, wait an hour and try again- no change
If the above still doesn't work, wait 24 hours and try again.- no change

Uninstall and reinstall Minecraft- time consuming, and no change
Restart your console- no change
That was all they had for me. I figured that was all support had to say because they ended off with the following:
"Unfortunately, specific technical issues are difficult to diagnose remotely due to differences with individual computers/settings, and other variables. Please continue to use the guidance we have provided here and on our Error Code help article, as these may assist you in solving the issue at a later time."
I am mainly a realms player, and I have to play on another device because I am unable to access realms because of this bug.
Moved to MCPE. Please consider updating affected version if it's not correct.
