I have a problem logging into Minecraft on Nintendo switch

Hello I am a Minecraft player and I have had problems with the game on Nintendo switch that when I log in I get an error message and I have tried to solve it I have tried almost everything but I have not been able to solve it please someone help me the error code was 9.
