What happen
Bee can't enter a beehive/beenest. it's not like they lost, they can find path to the nest, but they can't go inside it.
Addititional
A bee that alredy inside still can go outside, but also can't go back inside
Recreate
Place a hive/nest and spawn bees
I can confirm as well, they refuse to enter as seen in attached video
