For about a week when I open Minecraft it gives me an error with the marketplace (-9) that does not make me open the store and does not let me look at the packages I have already purchased, what can I do?

Cleaning up old tickets: This ticket had been set to 'Awaiting Response', but has not received a response from the reporter (~3 months+) so is being closed as Incomplete.
