[MCPE-122788] i cant load into my minecraft, but can load into all my other games perfectly, it all started when i bought some clothes with my minecoins.

I just thought that i was going to be able to spend my mine coins and then start playing, but minecraft keeps glitching out and, i would close the software then an error would occur every time. All my other games are fine so i know it's not the internet, but minecraft. I just want to know what is going on and how i can fix it.

I have the exact same problem I can't load any world or realm up without getting a the software error message this has been since the latest update of 1.16.210 on switch
