Hoppers Not Sorting Properly

I have made a gold farm in beta (https://youtu.be/ZRsY3G9-JGU) (I made a few changes to this by making the portal lighter a lot simpler and using 1 lava trap doors and some observers) then I hooked up a liquid auto sorter to collect all of the gold and flash having the swords head into a super furnace, (to give a understanding of how I set up the auto sorter I used the basic sorting me mechanism and placed 3 for rotten flesh 3 for nuggets and 1 for gold bars(each in groups for greatest collection in the area) however ingots nuggets and rotten flesh manage to flow past the hoppers and some dont even pick any items up(I have been trying to fix this for an hour and finally noticed this)

The underlying issue causing your problem is reported at MCPE-38963. You can partially work around the bug by alternating the filters. I would suggest flesh - flesh - nuggets - nuggets - unstackable - ingots - nuggets - flesh - overflow. Each full-size portal can produce enough swords for 4 blast furnaces or 8 furnaces, so make you have enough of those so the filter doesn't back up. You may need a second unstackable filter before the overflow.
