I was building a house for my sister, and when I broke the warped door, I saw that it dropped as an item. This isn't supposed to happen in creative mode, so I immediately looked up how to report this, and here I am a day later reporting the bug. It's not huge, its still a bug, and it does get annoying because I have OCD and in creative I hate when I don't have a stack of blocks/items. Sorry I don't have files, but can someone please try it and post the proof? That would be great.
