When I go to purchase a map in the Minecraft Marketplace, it says that a purchase is not able to be made for connectivity issues. It then displays all Spring Sale items as -1 where the tokens would be. I checked my internet and it is fine. I know some people on different bug sites are experiencing the same issue for the past 2 weeks.
