I spawned back into my world in the rain and I have bubbles above my food bar as if I am underwater. I can only change my elevation up or down by using water but I accidentally caused myself to float upward endlessly doing this. I couldn't craft most recipes including stairs boats and jungle wood planks. I couldn't get in boats or interact with horses. Mobs stayed in place and would only make noises. Never respawned or despawned. I killed myself using a berry bush early in but respawned with the same issue. I can use beds but wake up with the issue. I can't use ladders or stairs. My food bar doesn't go down and I am now stuck in the sky far from land due to water sending me upward. The attached report matches my issue. I switched to creative to see if that would fix things. In creative mode I still can't just fall can only fly up or down. In creative the bubbles indicating I am underwater are still there and mobs still don't move as well.

Playing on a Bedrock server (1.19.1.01) and Windows client (1.19.0), located on my PC, I was stuck floating in a survival world when it was raining, only able to move forward/backward/left/right, unable to jump (thus letting me float over water).
I resolved the issue by copying my world directory out of the way, re-installing the Bedrock server ONLY, and copying the world directory into it.
