In this beta version of minecraft, I created a new creative world and I spawnned near a sea and I just found a sugarcanes bug. The sugarcanes are just generated on above water even if a water source block is on a hill and the water is flowing down, in the between the sugarcanes are generated on top of the water block. Kind of feels like they are floating. They are generated all over the world. Also the experiments are turned off. None of the experiments are on. The sugar caned are just spamming on water blocks all around the world. Here is a screen shot that I captured on a sea
