Spruce Leafs are red.

After creating a new world (the pc this is on is old but can run at avg 60fps - 30fps) on a new SSD (my old HDD became corrupted), the Spruce Trees were red.

I am not sure what caused this but on the other side the leaves were normal (as seen in my hotbar/hand). 

I think this could be a biome issue.

Update 1:

After reloading the world and setting the visual settings to the bare minimum, it still occurs.
