Cannot download copy of realm from either settings or backups.
Step to reproduce.
Enter real world settings. Click download world
Or, go to realm backups, and select download from one of the backup options
What happens
1. World downloads, then immediately upon starting the import, get message that say "Error" in the header and "An error has occurred" in the body. Briefly a message pops up that says Level Import Failed.
What is expected to happen:
A single player version of my realm world should be created.
I have done this many times to test things on a single player world before attempting on the realm. It has always worked until the most recent update. I have uninstalled Minecraft, all saved data, and reinstalled, and I have rebuilt my PS4 database.
I am disappointed that I am paying for a realm, but cannot download a copy of the world to single player.

I disagree with this being marked resolved, as the original ticket is still open with no resolution, and my issue is not the same as the one in that ticket. On that ticket, the download was freezing. My download is completing, but then the import is failed.
If you do not want duplicate tickets, fix the issue.
