Nether teleport problem

Ok so this what happen a bug that teleport me in the same coordinates in the nether portal and im far away from my home my coordinates were the same after i went in the portal and i went in and the same coordinates as the overworld like im super far away from my original portal if someone has this same problem monjang you need to fix this
