Glow Berries cannot be found inside minecart with chest in mineshafts

When you find a minecart with chest loot in mineshafts, it doesn't generate glow berries inside of it. This isn't in parity with Java.

Step to Reproduce
1. Find a mineshaft, and find a minecart with chests
2. Check and break it and see if it drops any glow berries
---> ❌ It doesn't generate with Glow Berries.

Alternatively, you can check inside the loot tables json files to see if they have glow berries listed there.
