Some mobs are too small and do not rotate correctly in the spawner

This bug report is a parity issue with Java.

Summary:

For some mobs, the center of rotation is not near the head, but near the "tail" of the mob. Also these mobs are too small. This does not match the java version (parity problem, but some mobs are up to 1.15).

This problem affects almost all mobs, but some have a center of rotation at the center of the body. For example, look at Magma Cube or Axolotl or Goat. An example of a normal mob: sheep, turtle.

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Place the spawner.

  2. Insert a mob whose hitbox is less than 2 blocks.

Observed results:

Very often the mobs are very small and the center of rotation is at the end of the mob (sometimes even the center of rotation is not at the inside of the mob).

Expected results:

The mob has a center of rotation near the head (sometimes in the center of the hitbox).
