Game lags and crashes

it lags for ages and usually crashes when:

• Opening Marketplace

• Opening Character Creator

• Opening anything in the menu or settings area of the game (Settings, Profile, Feedback, Save and Quit)

• Opening anything with a GUI (Chests, Furnaces, Barrels, Shulkers, etc.) 

Please fix this!!! With everything crashing and being glitchy on the switch version of Minecraft but with it running smoothly on other consoles, I might not play the game as much anymore! It ruins the experience and makes in a pain in the arse to play!
