Doors drop when you break them in creative mode.
It annoys me that when I break doors in creative mode, that they drop.
I only have the problem with oak wood doors. I do not build with any other other doors.
The block under the door doesn't matter, it always drops regardless of whether it was placed on stone, wood or grass (e.t.c.).
(I haven't seen anyone who had such a problem yet. Except with the crimson block.)
