Regular quartz blocks will occasionally appear as chiseled quartz blocks in your hand. The block will appear normally when placed, but it will still look like a chiseled quartz block in your hand.

Is this still a concern in the current Minecraft version? If so, please update the affected versions in order to best aid Mojang ensuring bugs are still valid in the latest releases/pre-releases.
