[MCPE-1269] Quartz stairs have different textures when facing different directions

Quartz stairs have different textures according to the way they're facing. It's actually in 0.6.0

it is because of the stairs use stone brick/quartz block texture but there are 3 types of stone bricks/quartz blocks so minecraftpe picked a random one for each direction it is facing i hope this helped you
