This bug happens in MCEE(1.14) but there is only 1.16 in your version list.
Some of chain command blocks are not working.
As the attached image below, condition settings are not matched.
i try to change the setting, nothing is changing and command isn't working at all.
It happens when i duplicate an unconditional chain block with sneak+wheel click and change condition setting of the duplicate block into conditional mode.
I had to destroy the block and replace it with new empty command block to make command work.
Repro steps
set unconditional command block
duplicate it (shift+wheel click)
set duplicate block
turn duplicate block into conditional mod
block is malfunctioning
