Significant mouse and keyboard input delay on Windows 10

Heyy

So this lagg is like the mouse my mouse is in order good everything seemed okay until

when we got the update ray-tracing 1.16.200 then its like I cant pvp very well

and its making me look like I'm noob and also it feels like sometimes like I'm walking on the moon but actually I'm not and I'm not the only one but not everyone has it only the few unlucky ones I did Update my Game to 1.16.220 But its still same it kind of fix it but its still same
