When I am just running around my world, the screen just points up as if I am looking up while I am trying to look a tiny bit up. It happens out of nowhere and is very annoying, especially when I am just trying to look at the crafting table and the screen just immediately goes up.

Maybe your analogue sticks are too sensitive, try turning the sensitivity down.
