My partner and I spent hours farming and trading only to find that when she logged back on just after the release of 1.16.220 bug fix, she was back at the world spawn with all of her items gone, pets she had tamed were not hers anymore but things she built were still there.
P.S We were playing splitscreen and not online or lan

Does she have an xbox account? Did she change her name in the profile settings?
