[MCPE-12454] Giant Mushrooms don't spawn in mushroom biomes

I have spawned in a mushroom biome seed yet it doesn't spawn giant mushrooms. Normal mushrooms spawn though I can't bonemeal them even on mycelium. I find this very weird as I still get the bonemeal effect.
