[MCPE-124842] Signs are glitched since 1.16.220

Colored Signs are glitched when using Dye or using the § symbol.

When I use § with numbers: It won’t change the color

When I use § with letters: It does work but the sign color is weirdly dimmed, same result with Dye. I will upload proof soon
