Normal guardians are not spawning in ocean monuments. Elder Guardians spawn but no normal guardians. This happened with the 1.16.220 update. Before that, guardians were spawning.
I have a guardian farm in a different world on the same version and it is working. Attempted to build a guardian farm in a new world and no guardians spawn. Found a completely different monument where no building of any kind has been done. Same result. Elder guardians spawn but there are no normal guardians to be seen in or outside the monument.
Please fix this.
