If I have Ray Tracing turned on, I can't change the time of day (It's locked to daylight)
If I turn it off, I can change the time.......
I have checked/changed and played with all the settings.
I uninstalled the game, installed the game and it worked fine and then......boom! It started doing it again.
I have a video but it's too large for the silly 10mb max size allowed...
