Copper Ore generates at the wrong Y level and uses the wrong distribution setting

Copper never generates above Y = 64, currently. What should be the case instead is that copper generates between Y = 96 and Y = 0.

Currently, Copper is using the uniform distribution which should instead be the gaussian distribution.

Can confirm by looking into the copper ore distribution feature json file.

The newest Java Edition snapshot suggests that Copper Ore generates at a maximum height of y=95, when this was fixed so Copper Ore generates at a maximum height of y=96.

Partially fixed in 1.17.40.21, only the distribution is still using uniform, instead of gaussian one.

Properly fixed in the beta 1.18.0.20, the distribution are now using gaussian!
