[MCPE-125246] Enabling text-to-speech using Ctrl+B also opens up the emote wheel UI

When you're trying to enable text-to-speech with Ctrl+B, it also opens the emote wheel UI.

Step to Reproduce
1. Open the world
2. Do Ctrl+B to enable text-to-speech
---> ❌ The emote UI wheel appears.

you might have to change the key bind of the emote wheel

Confirmed (with default settings).

Note that remapping, for example the inventory to the B key, also creates a similar scenario (Opening the inventory and enabling /disabling text-to-speech).
