Bug on horse (flickering)

Does it happen only for armoured and tamed horses?

It happened to a wild and domesticated horse. When I closed the world and opened it again, the horses didn't blink anymore.

Do you remember if you had opened the achievements menu before this issue started happening?

I don't remember, but usually when I open something similar happens
