Opening achievements menu causes several graphical glitches

It's not every time and I can't tell how often it happens, it basically is random. That effect last until I restart the game. It is only when I open the Achievements screen that happens this. It's only a skin problem and it doesn't interfere in gameplay. The way it happens to me is: I open the achievements menu, look for any achievements and it happens. Its not a big or problematic thing fortunately.

I didn't mention this earlier. In past versions (1.16.200/1.16.100) this bug was worse and affected gameplay for a bit because everything had that twitching blur so it was distracting and annoying, now it's just the skins so the bigger issue with this was solved.

And I discovered that when it happens and you enter a world, the fps is worse than normal maybe because of the twitching of everything.

Well now we're getting somewhere! Now that I can see how distorted your screen looks, I can recognize a similarity to some kinds of problems we've had over the years with graphics rendering. It could be a graphics hardware problem, or a driver problem, or a bug in the game, and I agree that it's more disruptive of gameplay than you originally made it seem, so we'll definitely want to try a few things. Especially if it reliably affects FPS.

To start, please give us an overview of your computer and graphics system. (If you don't understand what some of these are asking, just skip over them. What kind of CPU do you have, and what speed does it run at? How much RAM do you have? Do you have a dedicated GPU card or a chipset on the motherboard? Do you know what model or level it's at? Do you ever see what might be a similar problem running other apps? (That would tell us that it's probably not caused by a bug in the game.) If you have an RTX-capable GPU, does the blur occur in non-RTX mode, RTX mode only, or both?

Check your Video settings. What are they all set to? (A set of screenshots would be fine if you prefer.)

i don't think i have a dedicated gpu (i dont know almost anything about this) but here is the cpu and ram info

Every settings in Minecraft is at the lowest except the chunks because I was messing around with the spyglass and the sky because it's beautiful but the issue happened even at 8 chunks rendering
And it's only in Minecraft that this happens.

This bug is really random because It happened now and I'm the only one distorted

Sometimes its only entities and sometimes is entities and blocks

The extreme stretching in that photo suggests you have your FOV set to an extreme, which might be related to the blurring. It should generally be set to 70 degrees. Does that help?

Also, try setting your Anti-Aliasing to 4. Anti-aliasing is an intentional blur meant to soften sharp edges. It should not have a widespread effect on the image, just edges, but since it's a blurring effect it's something you should check.

If these ideas don't help, I think the next step would be to reinstall the game. Make sure you export any worlds you want to keep, because you'll need to reinstall them later, as well as reinstall any add-ons and re-select any settings you've changed. When ready, uninstall and reinstall from the Store.

I am able to reproduce this issue. I first started noticing this during the 1.16.200 betas. Opening the achievements screen doesn't just cause textures to appear blurry, it also causes other issues:

• Rain appears black or white and flashes

• Blocks flash black

• Held or dropped blocks turn or flash orange

• Enchantment glint for held items stops animating

• Enchantment glint for all items in the inventory except shields disappear or flash

Steps to Reproduce:

1. If Minecraft is already open, close it

2. Open Minecraft

3. Go to Profile > Achievements

4. Exit the achievements screen

5. Load a world

Note:
These issues don't always happen at the same time, so the steps will need to be repeated multiple times.
