I can’t connect to my freinds! .... AGAIN!!!!!

I have been trying to connect to my freind for MONTHS now and still can’t connect if this helps the in game username of my freind is reallymadgrl  there having the same problem the other way. It says can’t connect to world when I try. And you looked and says this is a duplicate when I still can’t join my freind IM REALLY ANNOYED IVE BEEN TRYING FOR MONTHS!!!!!!😞
