Rowing a boat dosen't make the player's hands invisible

In previous minecraft bedrock versions, when a player rides a boat and rows it, the player's hand / item or block the player is holding will become invisible. But since the nether update upto the latest beta (1.17.0.50) this small feature isn't present anymore.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Place a boat
2. Ride on the boat
3. Row the boat

Observed Results:
The hand / item or blocks on the hand are showing.

Expected Results:
The hand / item or blocks on the hand should be invisible when the player is rowing the boat.
