Applying certain resource packs in the Global Resource Pack setting breaks the game

I have just recently put a certain resource pack in the Global Resource Packs setting in Minecraft and the game got corrupted and now I can't take the texture pack out and it might not be a bug, but it also disabled the feedback button and I can't fix it. The Item Frames are invisible and the Title Screen and the menus have missing textures.
