When ever I turn off my mine and have commands on I am still able to mine for some reason. But when my commands are off and mine is off I am no longer able to break anything.
So basically when my mine is off I am still able to break things

What I mean is Player Permissions Build, Mine , Use doors and switches and others. You get a choice of yes and no. So when my Mine is No I am still able to Mine things when I don't want to.
Is this still an issue in the latest version? If so, can you add it to the affected versions?
If this is still an issue, can you provide a video of this happening?
