Often when I flew with my elytra it suddenly stopped working and I fell. It always felt like crashing into an invisible wall.
Expected result:
The player should fly straight in a direction without any trouble.
Actual Result:
The player stops flying mid air without any reason
It's a bug that damages the general gameplay.

What is your randomtickspeed set to? Is the world filled with bulky redstone contraptions/entities?

My randomtickspeed is normal. (When you make a new Survival World) And yes my world is full of Mob-farms and Redstone contraptions.
Is this still an issue in the latest version (1.17.10)? If so, can you please add it to the affected versions (or mention it if you are not the reporter).

I am sorry for not responding so long. I think I found out what the problem was. I think the issue is lag in multiplayer. I play on switch and in multiplayer it often gets really laggy. When there's too much lag the chunks won't render and when you want to fly in these chunks there will be a barrier like a wall that will stop you from flying and when you're realising that too late you will propably die like me.
Is this still an issue in the latest version? If yes, can you please add it to the affected versions (or mention it if you are not the reporter)?

Yes it is. It happened to me not too long ago. That time it was really weird because was able to go on this barrier. If you war I can send the clip

Are you pressing A while gliding with the elytra? Pressing A disables elytra flight, see MCPE-72980. That is intended.
