The likelihood of the poisonous potato is too low.
Since the update, the probability of a poisonous potato seems to have been reduced to 0.2 percent. But it should be 2 percent.
I noticed this bug in my automatic farm.
In a test (test world) I harvested about 1000 potatoes and only 5 poisonous potatoes.

I can't say anything about 1.17.20. The error still exists in 1.17.10. I didn't do another explicit test. But not a single poisonous potato came from the automatic farms in me sorting facility.
